Project Description: The National Professional Development Program brings together the following agencies to collaborate in the Two-Way Immersion Bilingual Specialist Institute.

- Corona-Norco Unified School District
- Beaumont Unified School District
The TWIBSI supports teachers in Two-Way Immersion programs through professional development. Teachers participate in training to strengthen the instructional program, with the goal of biliteracy for all students.
