Higher Education Administration and Policy

The study of higher education includes both scholarship and research on institutions, policy, systems, and demographic, historical, political, social, and economic contexts.

Our goal is to prepare and develop future university faculty, institutional researchers, and practitioners at higher education institutions so that they can be knowledgeable scholars and expert professionals.

Ph.D. Program

The Ph.D. program places considerable emphasis upon scholarly research. Program curricula combine theory and scholarship with examples from practice.

M.Ed. Program

The M.Ed. is a general higher education program that will prepare and develop higher education administrative personnel for college and university work and offer an advanced credential for college and university personnel.
