Congratulations on being admitted to UCR as an Education, Society, and Human Development (ESHD) major! We look forward to welcoming you as a Highlander. SOE students are a community of scholars who care deeply about the people around them. Use this website as a resource for next steps and to learn more about the SOE community, and next steps to become an ESHD major.
And remember to stop by UCR for Highlander Day: Saturday, April 11 for First Years and Saturday, May 9 for Transfers. On Highlander Day, you can stop by Sproul Hall for our Community Cafe where we have free coffee, cookies, drinks and a place to relax and meet with current students, faculty and staff. We hope to see you there!
Join the SOE Community by submitting your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) by May 1 for First Year Students and June 1 for Transfer Students.
